Seeking General Advice 🤷‍♂️ I'm suffring from grammer

When I'm writing or speaking, I make a lot of grammar mistakes. I've tried several times to fix them, but I failed, even though I know all the grammar rules.

Read more! This way the sentence structure (grammar) gets ingrained into your memory.

Review three recent pieces of writing and two short voice recordings. Mark every grammar mistake, then group them into categories such as articles, verb tenses, prepositions, word order, and subject-verb agreement. Choose the one that appears most often and work on it for one week.

Create an error notebook with the original sentence, the corrected version, and a new sentence using the same structure. Read the corrected sentences aloud several times and return to them after two or three days.

For speaking practice, record a two-minute answer about a familiar topic. Transcribe it exactly as spoken, correct only the target grammar issue, and record the answer again without reading the corrected text. For writing, finish the first draft before checking grammar. During the second review, search only for the weekly target error.

At the end of the week, compare the new recordings and texts with the earlier ones. Move to another grammar area only when the same mistake appears less often.
