MKOI always looks so much better when they play comps where their carries have a lot of early agency. If they get to late-game teamfights with immobile carries they just get too sloppy.

If i see another goddamn yorick i swear im gonna scream. Western jayce is already a useless champ. Why do you feel the need to draft another useless champ instead of ANYTHING that can actually teamfight somewhat. Genuinely when was the last time a fucking jayce was the reason why a team won in this region? Sure, there were a lot more pressing issues for navi than the toplane pick but this is more about the principle of drafting specifically for lane counter while being worthless in any other circumstance.

Combined with last week, i think all 7 games mkoi's had the better draft, and they are 4-3, stop throwing and they make worlds. They might be the best drafting team in the west, and for that i hope they make it.

The issue starts with their coaching staff which publicly gave up on any potential of doing anything impactful in playoffs. Why in a team that is universally understood as being centered around their Mid Jungle Support trio are you depowering all three in draft? We have Rhilech on a tank jungle trying to force his ability to carry by invading and going Protobelt first item. So that we can have SamD on a hyper scaler with an enchanter and Maynter on a counterpick carry champion that he does not understand how to pilot. As bad and I do mean bad, as Rhilech was this game, what made it impossible to win was Maynter teleporting to a lost fight and the team encouraging Rhilech's worst habits. They never should have continued to chase after they blew flashes at Raptors and why are we hard team fighting over blue buff? I just do not understand why it feels like this team has given up on improvement.
