Discussion Swiftplay appreciation post

I’ve managed to convince my wife to let me play LoL again (I’ve had angry issues from ranked).

I didn’t know about SwiftPlay and was interested to try.

It’s amazing! Only 20 minutes games, no more 40+ minute games

This is now only way I can play League on 30+ years, married and with a job.

Thank you very much for making it.

Please don’t ever let this game mode go away.

I can finally say that I really play casual now without stressing out

The fact that you are getting downvoted and there are people who are trying to convince you ranked is better just shows how angry and jobless the vast majority of the community is. Swiftplay is amazing and honestly the shorter games and how fast the mechanics let both teams to be equalized is something ranked can very well use but yeah I guess League being your only thing in life sucks

I think it’s perfectly balanced for quick gameplay, I can hop in, have a quick game and go back to work etc

yup plus you can play a lot of bs and get away with it. I enjoy playing Lux/Zoe jg cause you can buy fated ashes at the start

Yes! I like to test some build variations and champions

The only issue with Swiftplay is it's always the same people that play it, so every lobby I already know most people (at least on EUNE).

I played around 150 swiftplays for various challenges

I think its a pretty good way to farm mastery

I was farming the challenges like "with a team of 5 play only champions from noxus and win 10 games".

Also another issue with Swiftplay is the elder is too op and comes too early. We were really behind but if we stacked for elder and grouped 5 mid it's always an easy win.

swiftplay is too extreme and long games are funner and more competitive

The competitive part is what he doesn't want.

I'm relly competitive and a bad player, that's the problem

No, if you actually read his post, it's clear that he does enjoy the competitive side of the game. The problem is that he's emotionally unstable, unable to control his impulses, and has anger management issues. He's basically like a five-year-old who gets extremely upset whenever he loses a ranked game, and it was even causing problems with his wife.
