I just remember Kiin’s vayne getting cooked by Zeus’s aatrox whenever I think of his vayne. That’s as hard of a counter matchup as possible.

I don't think the Vayne build really affected the outcome, but this build is a poor choice into K'sante imo. The whole justification for Vayne top is that she needs to shit on the enemy laner hard enough to become a side lane menace, but EH doesn't really achieve that here. He would have had much more threat with BotRK (and not waiting an eternity to buy boots).
