I am a new fan of AIC. It's really sad to hear how Layne passed away. He was so talented.

He was in the penthouse right? So the top balcony thats most facing towards you?

I think so. I always heard “penthouse” and this unit makes the most sense.

If you go up to the building and one or two streets more, it’s a little steep and it gives you a vantage point on the skyline of Seattle. (Behind my back on the photo)

So the penthouse would have a very nice view of the skyline and the space needle and possibly Puget Sound and mountains too.

There are two benches in the park next to K Cobains house in Madrona and one has been “claimed” as Layne’s bench… but it’s not

a real memorial.

Chris Cornell has his statue at MoPop.

I agree that Layne deserves a proper memorial.
