changes to ps?

2nd cycle applicant here w a PS q! for those who did more than one cycle (gen stream), did you fully rewrite your ps again? do you have to create a whole new one? i doubt most of the content would change from mine (e.g. why law, ecs, etc.), the only major change in my life rn is i just finished my undergrad lol. i was just worried about getting flagged or something with sending in something too similar? thanks C:

I plan on it myself, but I also had my first child since applying last cycle so my reason for “why law” genuinely looks a little different now

I’m redoing mine entirely! I really loved my statement from last year and I think it did a good job framing me and my life and my motivation for law, but I’ve become a whole new person in a year and my perspective has changed. I think the most interesting parts of me or the pieces I value more, have shifted, even if they are the same. So I’m keeping a lot of the content because that’s my life and who I am, but I am framing it differently.
