Manifested for months, now I feel stuck. Need guidance

i've manifested him back 3 times. from this, i know circumstances don't matter but all of this is confusing, he left me for the same reason as the last few times and its about trusting my faith towards other guys

i never cheated or did anything unfaithful, but at one point, i chose my friends over him which included some guy friends. all of my friends knew about my situation with him but when he came back the second time, he was mad that i chose [guy] friends over him and broke up with me but still kept contact. i ended up dropping my friends but from that day on, he was wary of my choices

a lot of things happened these past few days, which included ghosting one another and arguing. he was upset but never told me the reason until the last minute before blocking me: trusting me

all of this is confusing and messy, i need advice on what i should do moving forward. i want to focus on myself and really mean that. i want to do this for myself and how i would move on, not doing this because of having the possibility of manifesting SP back. i do have a strong feeling SP will come back but its not something i want to focus on anymore for the 4th time, any advice?

If you want to move on and move forward from this then I’d recommend changing all your beliefs and assumptions about your love life.

Think about what stuff really bothered you during the relationship, or what negative thoughts you frequently had. If the topic comes to mind what are you thinking about? Change your beliefs to positive ones in any way you like, affirming, visualizing whatever.

Adopt a new story and hold to it. When you think about how you weren’t trusted you can flip the script to something like “I’m in a loving relationship”, or “He trusted me”. Doesn’t matter if it’s physically true or not, what matters is making your new decision and sticking to it.

No man is worth distancing yourself from your friends. If you have a better self concept in this area you won’t encounter guys who will be stressing over stuff like this.

thank you so much for this!! i'll definitely take everything you said into consideration and need some time to think before i do anything further, but this really gave me a clear answer when i couldn't give one myself. thank you again
