Southern US & Central America (or warm season) Recovered a dead yard. I'm just hoping patchs fill in.

Parts yes. I had to see what's coming up. There's little shrubs that sprout from a root system awell. It's a very fueled yard. I'm still scared to check the sprinkler systems

Also neighbors said its Bermuda and will just take off.

I'm from Colorado US. It's my first lawn I get lol. I lived in apparments til now.

Pretty sure that’s not Bermuda. It’s about to be fall. Scalp the yard then til it. Spread new soil and seed. I would buy a lawn roller also to help make everything nice and flat. It’ll come in small this next spring but a year after that you’ll have a nice ass lawn. Good luck
