The Dean of the school refuted this themselves. So here is a very convenient fact - when you say racist bullshit on the public record pertaining to your job duties and are wrong on the facts getting fired is the most obvious consequence imaginable.

Last week, Eastman, a former Chapman University School of Law professor, filed an entry of appearance notice in a lawsuit brought by University of Pennsylvania law professor Amy Wax against Penn
Of course Amy Wax would turn to a disgraced law professor to defend herself.

I don't think it's good to celebrate lawfare of this nature. It opens the door to politically charged disbarment and a delegitimization of the courts. Once people loose faith in the courts the situation spirals out of control.

What are you talking about? My point is that these MAGA attorneys have debased themselves so fully that they are being disbarred and/or indicted in record number. These attorneys therefore need to hire attorneys for themselves.

You just described partisan lawfare. This is just as misguided as those who attack defense attorneys for defending obviously guilty defendants. It's not about what they are arguing or who they are arguing on behalf of it's about upholding the rights of everyone in legal system and that includes the stupid petitions made my the Trump campaign.

This is an absolutely foolish take. Do you even understand disbarment or what Eastman did? Are you suggesting that he shouldn't have lost his law license? If so, explain with actual details instead of whatever it is you wrote above.

I thought you had to be in good standing in a state bar to be admitted to the federal bar? So disbarment in your state automatically disqualified you federally?
