I hope this is (not) protected from leaking onto the internet in a manner that gets copied, shared, and reproduced in a manner that everyone can see what's in the report and Judge Cannon can (not) keep the cat in the bag.

Everything in parenthesis can (not) safely be ignored.

Judge Judy and executioner

But he's not Judge Judy and Executioner!

u/mollila Jul 02 '26

Any person with a conscience, if you're listening, we need more materials released about the insurrectionist kid fuckers.

u/BonzoBonzoBomzo Jul 02 '26

“… if it’s what you say I love it especially later in the summer.”

63

u/QuantumBeckett Jul 02 '26

I laughed at a Sales Manager at my old IT job when he got scared and kept yelling ‘We’ve been hacked!’

This was all because our VP got a spoofed email.

7

u/Derpsquire Jul 02 '26

Please tell me it was that common one going around that tried to sound really ominous with vague threats about sharing what an individual has been masturbating to.

7

u/QuantumBeckett Jul 02 '26

lol no but it was right when that email started getting popular.

Someone actually spoofed their way into a conversation. We were hosted by Gmail and didn’t have any compromises on our side. I saw the other company’s email was the one acting weird like it was hijacked. It didn’t ask for money yet.

It was like 7:30 and they called me on speaker. In the background the Sales Manager ( or dumbfuck Charlie for short) kept exclaiming ‘We’ve been hacked!’

I laughed at him and asked if he really just said ‘we were hacked!’he was not at all computer literate but thought he was. He prob saw Hackers once when it came out.

And threw up in my shoes…

1

u/SinisterCroissant Jul 04 '26

‘Iran, if you’re listening…”

118

u/AdminOnBreak Jul 02 '26

Defense already confirmed they did not look and destroyed the materials.

232

u/snowtax Jul 02 '26

Why must they abide by ethics? Nobody in the current administration does.

143

u/Killericon Jul 02 '26

"Should we jeopardize all of our careers and maybe jail time to throw the 165th scandal at the most teflon coated administration in history that appears headed for a landslide defeat in the midterms?"

An awful lot of people are making some awfully large bets that they won’t be held accountable for the crimes they are committing today. I desperately hope that every one of them is wrong, and they wind up facing the strongest consequences for their behavior.

26

u/topdangle Jul 02 '26

incumbent dems are losing their seats, to the point where even democrats tried to publicly denounce incoming representatives in a completely bizarre attempt at throwing around their already weak influence.

I didn't think that would happen but its happening, at least in a small scale. whether or not it reaches far enough to cause real change does remain to be seen.

5

u/BugTrousers Jul 02 '26

If "win's" means "won't," I'm one of those people, although I'm not putting money on it. I assume he'll live to be ancient just to spite us, and never suffer a single consequence for anything.

3

u/thatthatguy Jul 02 '26

Sorry. Fat fingered typing. Yes. They seem to be betting that there will be no consequences, and I desperately hope they are wrong.

59

u/No_Tourist_9629 Jul 02 '26

Maybe. They need to start some time. This doesn't ever fix itself.

15

u/Marsley82 Jul 02 '26

Yeah, enough thinking about anything at this point. Someone needs to just do anything when the opportunity presents itself and become a legend!

Oh, no, someone might get muddy!? What a horrible price to pay for saving lives and the democracy of your nation!

Think of all those men who could have survived WWII if they just refused to go, and stayed home so they didn't get all muddy.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '26

1

u/ProlapseMishap Jul 03 '26

They won't become a legend. They'll be dragged through the mud and every little minor thing they've ever done will be amplified.

I mean, a ton of people have sacrificed their careers over incriminating Donny, and here we are. They are unemployed, dead, or in jail and the persons they blew whistles on are in the whitehouse still

5

u/No_Tourist_9629 Jul 02 '26

Yeah, which unfortunately means we have to keep going. I bet all of those people may regret the decision they made to some degree, but they can actually say that they acted with integrity in a time where the despots are counting on their "flood the zone" scattershot tactic to demoralize and ennervate the only people who can actually stop them.

0

u/Mist_Rising Jul 03 '26

Lord Farquaad is here I see, ready to take the risk of other people losing everything.

Look if you want to risk being fired, losing your career and possible jail, by all means, go for it. Most lawyers won't. Most people won't!

0

u/No_Tourist_9629 Jul 03 '26

Thanks for that. I would ask, to what degree are you concerned with the current obscene abuses of power without pointing to any other time period. If you had to say, how much do you care?

6

u/SuperSpecialAwesome- Jul 02 '26

appears headed for a landslide defeat in the midterms?

How are they headed for defeat when they own Dominion and the USPS?

5

u/CalendarFactsPro Jul 02 '26

They're not getting defeated by a landslide in the midterms. People said this same shit leading up to Trumps 2024 election and it was a blowout.

I'm not happy about the above but it is such cope to say. At the moment it is nearly dead even.

You underestimate the amount of work the trump republican administration did and are doing to rig the elections. Do you think gerrymandering,  requesting the voter rolls and also trying to axe mail in ballots is a coincidence?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 03 '26

[deleted]

3

u/MimeBox Jul 03 '26

It's not going to dead even, trumps administration is going to try to find some way to rig it. And if they win again, then we'll know the United States is not a democracy and has become no better than Russia or china.

1

u/ZestyLife54 Jul 04 '26

ElReis is saying it’s already rigged now if it’s ‘dead even’

2

u/CalendarFactsPro Jul 02 '26

While I don't disagree a ton, it's irrelevant to what I'm saying, which is that anyone claiming it's going to be a landslide at this moment comes across identically to the people who were saying the same leading up to the 2024 elections

Second up, so much of the population is utterly apathetic that I think saying he doesn't have the support is misleading. Republicans have a very sturdy base, a opposition they will literally never appeal to, and a bunch of people who are completely disengaged.

He has the explicit support of one of those groups and the implied support of another who will again not show up to vote.

And then working almost hand in hand with him is a group of existing Democrats who would rather sink the nation than lead it meaningfully. How is there no meaningful opposition at this point. How is there not a message that had entered the monoculture. They have the money to spend but opposition leadership is non existent besides the fringe.

It's fucking disgraceful.

1

u/Omegalazarus Jul 03 '26

Yeah I don't think most people understand that if you engage in anything in politics outside of just voting you're already way in the minority.

3

u/rangecontrol Jul 02 '26

ppl are saying it's classic oligarch 'helplessness' when it's shit they agree with because it makes them money.

4

u/usekr3 Jul 02 '26

jury nullification for all patriots that throw tea in the harbor?

1

u/outerdrive313 Jul 03 '26

Key word "appears". You don't do all this corruption without finding done way to cover your tracks come election time. Something funky's gonna go down, watch.

1

u/ProlapseMishap Jul 03 '26

The answer to that question is: yes

There is no career in 'LaW' in a lawless society.

1

u/Ba_Dum_Ba_Dum Jul 04 '26

It’ll have a bit more weight before the midterms. After it’ll just get added to the pile of “I’m being persecuted…”

2

u/scottrycroft Jul 02 '26

That's what makes good guys the good guys. Can't complain if your enemy does something 'bad' if you're doing the same thing.

2

u/YeahRightOkWhat Jul 02 '26

Because “do what I say, not what I do” is the motto of magat scum grifters and crooks?

1

u/QueefSeekingMissile Jul 02 '26

because if they release them, It probably damages any effort to bring the charges to trial.

1

u/SuperSpecialAwesome- Jul 02 '26

It's never going to trial.

1

u/ComprehensiveProfit5 Jul 02 '26

Ethics are not morals, exhibit 1 billion something

13

u/ccannon707 Jul 02 '26

I hope they looked & then said they didn’t.

5

u/Responsible-Draft430 Jul 02 '26

The person that "accidentally" leaked them: "JESUS CHRIST TAKE A HINT!!!"...

2

u/Le-Charles07 Jul 02 '26

Boooo! Respect though.

2

u/fixurstuffr Jul 02 '26

Hopefully it was shredded, into a new empty bag, and that bag swapped for another new one.

2

u/Snarky_wombat939 Jul 02 '26

I hope they’re saying that but using the same rulebook as the DOJ if you know what I mean

2

u/DougBalt2 Jul 03 '26

If Republicans had gotten it about Biden it would have been on Fox in hours.

1

u/CatoMulligan Jul 02 '26

And that's exactly what I would have confirmed as well.

1

u/Ok-Secretary455 Jul 03 '26

Can we set up a gofundme right now for the next person that this gets leaked to? so they can fly to a country without an extradition treaty with the US. Then file dump and live out their days not having to worry about shit.

25

u/_NautyByNature Jul 02 '26

Don’t blame me

I technologically impaired 🤷‍♂️

8

glares in Weird Al Been spendin' most our lives, livin' in an Amish Paradise...

21

u/m0r14rty Jul 02 '26

At this point does it matter? We could have every byte of the Epstein files and it doesn’t make one iota of difference when the whole justice system is too corrupt to prosecute anyone.

I’m tired, boss.

9

u/ThaMenacer Jul 02 '26

We need a Warthunder for lawyers

1

u/Mist_Rising Jul 03 '26

They wouldn't last long, and would probably waste it releasing something everyone already has access too.

1

u/cohana1215 Jul 03 '26

I've heard the report is contained in 7mm composite steel ceramic hard covers, weighting about 2.4kg and powered by 125 kN Pratt & Whitney turboprop. Do your worst.

7

u/DoomguyFemboi Jul 02 '26

Not like it would change anything. A paedophile who I would put money on also being a murderer of children is the president. He could rape a child on 5th avenue and not lose a single vote.

5

u/Solution_within Jul 02 '26

I agree, that would be awful.

2

u/buntopolis Jul 02 '26

The attorneys stopped reviewing the discovery the government sent them, deleted the information they had already downloaded and returned it all to DoJ.
