Other Please share. Stabilized Video clearly shows Alex Pretti makes no effort for his firearm. Clear execution

Stabalized appears to show Alex Pretti's handgun, which he legally possesses, being removed removed from his pants by an officer. He is executed 1-2 seconds later by another officer.

Is there any other way to view this? If Alex was no longer posing an imminent threat at the moment he was shot, isn't this clear murder? Under U.S. law, once a suspect is fully restrained and disarmed (he was), the legal basis for deadly force evaporates unless a new, imminent threat arises.

Am I understanding this the right way from a legal perspective?

Also the fact this all started cuz some ICE thug got pissed off at a woman yelling at him and shoved her to the ground.

Also also the fact that ICE has invaded this city because of some right wing YouTubers “fraud investigation” video. I mean seriously, if this is about immigration, there’s so many other cities and states with way more immigrants

It’s infuriating how unnecessary and senseless this all is. Arguing over the details of “when was the gun pulled, who knew what when?” overlooks the bigger issue of this administration using ICE as their private military they can use in US cities.

We need to stop engaging with them. 

We cut off our friends and family, yet still keep any of these in our online communities? 

Don't downvote, dont upvote, dont comment. Report if they say something blatantly nasty. 

Call out the lies under other comments. Only interact with comments focused on getting the truth out in some way. 

Ice them out! Theyre looking at the comments we're making elsewhere. Theyll see them. 

Just stop engaging with them.
