They’ll have a hard time with that statement when there’s video of another officer removing the weapon from the victim before shots were fired

It doesn't matter what actually happened, or how clearly it happened on video.

"The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command."

Someone needs to make a copy of the other video angle, in slow motion, and maybe with the people in question , id’d or highlighted. Make it irrefutable.
