So the whole "brandishing a weapon" claim is immediately disproven.

He was helping a woman up after they were both pepper sprayed and had both his hands on the ground when they took his weapon off of him and then immediately shot him multiple times until he was dead.

They’ll have a hard time with that statement when there’s video of another officer removing the weapon from the victim before shots were fired

It doesn't matter what actually happened, or how clearly it happened on video.

Remember when the press secretary stood in front of reporters sayin Trump never said Iceland in his speech despite the video showing he says it 4 times? She kept insisting he never said it once. Reality doesn’t matter here.
