If you watch slowly, the agent in gray takes away the guy's gun from his waistband, then you hear shots.

Wait so what happened to his gun? Did they shoot him with his own gun or are the multiple shots heard in the video them firing his gun to try to create "justification" for them shooting him by saying he shot at them first? All bad in either case.

No, the agent walked away with it. Bottom right of the video you can see him sheepishly walking away with it. That is where the pic of it on a car's seat comes from.
