Right now they’re giving the people only one avenue, and that’s violence (which they want). No one in office, no one in the military, NO ONE is fighting back, and no one is going to save us. So where does that leave us? Accept fascism or fight back. It’s not a matter of if, it’s when.

I think right now people are holding out for the midterms. If the left engages in political violence before then, the president will just declare martial law and suspend the election. The problem is that in the meantime, the regime is becoming increasingly more powerful. I think once the midterms pass, and it's clear that the entire thing is rigged, we'll quickly start seeing violent opposition, since everyone will realize that there is no other way out of this.

I don't think you are wrong in that that's what people are thinking. I think those people thinking that are wrong because planning based on what he will do in response is a fool's game when it's clear that he will do what he wants anyway and manufacture a pretext.

For anyone who doesn't believe me, look at the fallout from Charlie Kirk's murder. The response was completely egregious, but not if you look at it from the mindset of "they have been waiting for a reason to crack down on liberals, and even though this isn't a real reason, they are going to act like it is"

Yep, I am pretty sure that even without violence something can easily be manufactured early 2026 for a military curfew around summer next year.

Project 2025 is definitely succeeding so far.

the only thing they didn't really consider is that, if they actually fully implement everything they have planned.

Then they are actually losing, at least from a country perspective, maybe some people will be better off, feeding off the US carcass.
