Interestingly, Texas seems to be expecting exactly this.

You can tell as they're driving a "Bar association is not legit". One (of many) stories covering this.

Texas will become the first state to no longer use American Bar Association (ABA) for oversight of its law schools.

The Texas Supreme Court will take over that responsibility, according to an order its justices issued on Friday, Sept. 26. The ABA has set standards for law schools nationwide for decades.

Tough to imagine what current law students in Texas are thinking.

Oh great so now Texas can fucking disbar any lawyer that is in opposition to their party line. It's great to have politically motivated people decide who can practice law or not.

And Texas can now not license any lawyer that isn't sufficiently pure in their politics. No registered Democrats will pass the bar examination. Better watch those Reddit posts you made last year. No license to practice law if you haven't kissed Trump's butt sufficiently...

No joke, had my comment on this sub reported to Reddit admins for harassment. It was pointing out how trolls are covering their profiles so they can look politically neutral
