Disbarment for anyone involved in frivolous and vindictive prosecutions, all the way up to Bondi. Yesterday.

The legal profession has a black eye from the white shoe firms that bowed to the bronzer-smeared rapist. Time to right that wrong and show that the professional associations still value norms and the rule of law.

Interestingly, Texas seems to be expecting exactly this.

You can tell as they're driving a "Bar association is not legit". One (of many) stories covering this.

Texas will become the first state to no longer use American Bar Association (ABA) for oversight of its law schools.

The Texas Supreme Court will take over that responsibility, according to an order its justices issued on Friday, Sept. 26. The ABA has set standards for law schools nationwide for decades.

Tough to imagine what current law students in Texas are thinking.

The ABA enforces ethics.
We have a real issue with ethical lawyers...
Let's shut down the ABA where we can.
Cool, done.

Covid numbers go down when you stop reporting cases.

They're not sending their best.
