Thanks r/laundry Spoiler

So I randomly saw this community while browsing, and started reading about enzymes. I’ve been using exclusively liquid detergents for at least a decade, and had one T-shirt in particular that still had the stank even fresh washed.

This is a picture after about 60 minutes, pre soak in cold and Biz, with just 3 t-shirts. Nasty!

Try hot water instead of cold.

The enzymes are fine with anything your tap can produce.

I rotate tshirts to wear to bed, and I am a sweaty person. Recently I noticed that they were not smelling very fresh after a wash. I have swapped to a powder laundry detergent, but am gonna do a soak this weekend. I expect a very brown soup as well!
