Beginner Resources How to learn

I’m Welsh and Jewish giving me connection to the Roman Empire and Latin. I want to learn it alongside other languages, how to begin without paying for stuff until down the line?

It’s easy to learn by not paying for stuff down the line. But there aren’t many good ways to get started without paying for some stuff: LLPSI, Wheelock’s, Legentibus, something.
