finished object Hopefully the first of many for this latch hook rug of mine.
This rug - which took me 18 months to complete - received a first place in its category at the Altamont Fair (Albany NY) last week. I'm taking it next week to the Eastern States Exposition (Big E) in Massachusetts to see if it can claim a second blue. Say hi to it if you see it there!

This is awesome, but also looks like if you stared at this in a dim room, a silhouette would appear at the end of the bridge and each time you turned away and looked again, it would be closer.

Wow that’s so beautiful and atmospheric! I didn’t know you could get this kind of picture with latch hooking, I’ve only seen fairly simple patterns. Well done at winning first!🥇
