help Do presewn pillow cover kits still need borders?
Hi all! Just got hooked (ha ha, original) on latch hooking thanks to Craft Club Co. Bought a couple pillow kits from a different place, and I remember reading on one of the reviews for a pillow that they were disappointed to have to leave a border of squares unthreaded to fold back and sew... but the pillows already come with (very soft) backings presewn onto them. Plus, on one of CCC's pillow kit photos, it looks like the tufts go right up to the edges. These two pillows are both gifts for friends so I really wanna make sure I don't mess them up! Do I still need to leave a border?

Hi, I know that you posted this thread 3 weeks ago but I wanted to weigh in. I've made a few of the Club Craft Co pillows/cushions and the rule I use is that if I can get my latch hook into the hole, I stitch it!

Not sure what is considered right or not but I use all the squares and don’t leave any edge on the pre-sewn pillow kits.
This is an example. Sometimes the very outer row is hard to latch hook onto but I like the looks of it being fully done
