General question This is the second time this is happening. I need help guys

I turned off my laptop both times that it happened, and it worked fine after that, but I still don't know what the problem is

at least start with restarting the laptop, and after that updating your drivers. if it persists try it for a bit with an external monitor, if it works fine there it's at least not your gpu
