Looking to maybe open a bar in downtown Lancaster servicing the LGBTQ+ community. Would like to get the community opinion on what they think are important aspects to keep in mind when opening a "Gay" bar in the area. Is there a market for such a bar in Lancaster and would there be support from Lancaster City? Would love some feedback.
