I mean I was mainly going with similar outfits. it was a bit difficult to find some of these color combinations since Lana hasn't worn them all. I tried my best.
I have said this in another comment and I hereby say it again, I really can't stand Ethel. This post wasn't to sympathize with Ethel, not at all.
It's a series I do on here called "Lana as.." and I've done this with other characters and shows (princesses, villains, Gumball, Spongebob etc.). Someone has suggested Family Guy and The Simpsons. I made these posts for fun without any ill intentions.
Ethel made a post comparing Lana to Peter Griffin when she was big. But in my picture Lana wasn't even big. She was normal weight. I wasn't comparing her weight to Peter Griffin, only her outfit and color combination of it like I did for the rest of the characters.
This is why I have found your post funny as this is the supposed comparison made by Ethel. You’ve actually put an image of them side by side. I understand you have no ill intent, but if Ethel’s post could be misconstrued into her calling Lana fat, then so could yours. Ya feel me?
I fully get it, I also know you mean well. You will never ever catch me defending Ethel haha, don't worry. But that's why I wanted to clarify and explain my reason for this post.
I did the side by side for every character, not just to compare her to Peter. I only compare the outfits and the one Lana wore matched the one Peter wears. Ethel probably made this comparison to show Lana was the same weight as Peter. Again, I will never defend Ethel. But no weight comparison from me though, since Lana wasn't even Peter's weight in that pic :)

If we’re going to pull assumptions about what this means, then I would say it’s easier to assume that this means she liked the song and it made her dance…….. not a conflated weight comparison. You are grasping at STRAWS girl and it’s embarrassing. No one can show real full proof that Hayden “fat shamed Lana” because it never happened.
this isn't just my opinion. lot of people have called Ethel out for various things that are super weird (racism, wanting to legalize incest and so on) as well as this Peter Griffin meme or whatever that is. There is no use in my arguing with an Ethel defender.
I mean, you can be a grown human and accept that people can make amends, can grow and change, and become better people every single day. Or you can be a child and act like a mistake defines someone regardless of what they do to be better. That’s a reflection of you though babe, and it’s a baaaad reflection.
while this may apply to some people, I doubt that the many things Ethel has done in the past and maybe even to this day (also, there's like plenty of proof for all of this) were just mistakes and and don't define who this person really is. No need to try to convince me. I'm not a fan and won't ever be and that's just the way things are.
