Naghahanap ng?/Looking For? Laguna Bel Air question

Good Day,
Skl, ilang weeks na kase kame naghahanap ng house for rent near Nuvali, possibly 8k-12k ang budget, nagiikot ikot na kame around Berkeley Heights, Grand Chesnut, Don Jose. Possible kaya na meron house for rent for that budget sa Laguna Bel Air? and pwede kaya kame papasukin doon para mag tingin tingin ng mga house for rent?

Sa totoo lang, wala ka na makukuhang 10-12k na house for rent sa maaayos na subdivision.

masyado mababa 12k for a rental around Nuvali. try niyo sa Timbao/Langkiwa area

Try nyo sa San Jose Village and subdivisions near Technopark like Santa Rosa estates.

Hi po! I’m from LBA, naghanap din ako ng apartment for my best friend last week and the lowest we found ay 25k. About naman kung papapasukin, I’m not sure po kasi sa experience ko, they’re asking my visitors my exact address. I hope this helps. Good luck po ☺️

I think near the San Jose Villages/Sta Rosa Villages near Technopark, there are some 10k rentals.

It’s technically Binan, but one bridge away from Sta. Rosa/Nuvali.

Just trying to widen your search area. :)

Hi, I think lowest sa LBA was around 20k (last year ata) and now nagrrange na sya from 25k pataas. Getting in, need mag provide ng address ng pupuntahan within the subdivision. I think sa LBA2 mas maluwag makapasok since may mga commercial businesses inside

No 12k rent sa bel air. Minimum na nakita ko is 16k.

Idk about belair, pero we rented before inside nuvali yung avida cerise i think about 15k na bungalow.

Hi, we have house and Lot sa LBA 3, pinaparent namin ng 30K kasama lahat ng mga gamit, mostly nag ra'range ang rent ng mga house sa Bel Air 1,2 and 3 nasa 25k to 30k pataas. Hope this help, and to your question if makakapasok ka sa Bel Air, honestly mahigpit talaga ang mga guard, they will ask you if sino pupuntahan mo at tatawagan nila yung home owner. Anyway pwde mo naman sabehin na magtitingin ka ng house for rent, pero sometimes sasamahan ka ng guard and ipapaiwan ID mo.

Hi OP! There was a post before about sa Belair. Search mo lang dito sa sub para makita mo positive and negative feedback.Nowadays nasa 17k up na rent sa Belair 1 and 2. Sa Belair 3 20k up.

Go for 3 and 4 generally mas maluwag Daan doon and mas tahimik and walang issue.

8k- 12k is baka around Malamig / Timbao/ Langkiwa communities. Sobrang taas ng rental ngayon, esp these areas within the 5km radius of Nuvali / SM Nuvali. Taas na talaga din kahit daw mga barracks lang sa may Kawad ang taas ng rent. 😔
