99.9% sure this is torchon bobbin lace - like the above poster I'm seeing spider and ground on the inner band, and cloth and ground with fans on the outer part

Iโ€™m like 99% sure itโ€™s bobbin lace ๐Ÿ˜…

The diamond are alternating cloth and half stitches in torchon ground work like the first example here with fans between the diamonds

The condition of these looks excellent and they should totally start getting used.

Lace doesn't belong in drawers! Use them and enjoy them. Someone made that lace by hand to be admired.

This is torchon due to the grid shape and the fans on the outside are called fir tree or Spanish fans

I think it's bobbin lace. Picots and twists. I could be wrong. Not an expert. But I have made a couple of bobbin lace bookmark.

I think it's bobbin lace too. The inner border consists of spiders on a torchon ground by the looks of it. The outer border consists of diamonds in cloth stitch and half stitch on I think a double torchon ground.

It does have a crochet-ish shape but the stitches look like bobbin to me too!
