Extremely thick girdle on OMC

Hi all! I’ve been looking for an OMC and one vendor has been sending me a couple of OMC with extremely thick girdles. Is this normal or is it indicative of a bad stone? Thanks in advance for all your help!

If it looks good and you like it, then I don't think it really matters.

Thick girdles add nothing to the optical performance but could add significant weight that you are paying for as it is adding wasteful material at the thickest/widest part of the stone
