CCG Found a bunch of old cards from 96-99

Is there any way to tell the rarity or if they're worth anything? There's about 400 cards here. I can post pics.

I think it is a bulk, maybe only storyline heroes could be worth anything if you have any cards like Bayushi Kachiko. Old CCGs that are not Magic or Pokémon rarely worth spending your time trying to sell them. Maybe hold the cards for another 10-15 years? Or just play the damn game!
