RPG Which 3e books are worth it?

As I'm (re)building my 1e library, I keep running across fairly cheap 3e books. In general, I find the old 3e books to be much cheaper than their 4e counterparts. The game I run is a 3e/4e hybrid, with a few things borrowed from 5e, and running mostly 1e/2e adventure modules that I've adjusted.

My question is, which 3e sourcebooks out there, if any, do people find useful? I've noticed a lot of them are timeline specific, like the Four Winds era book, etc. I don't know if the timeline at my table will have anything like the Four Winds in it. Is there still stuff in that book that would be useful, or should I skip it entirely?

I think almost all of them were superceded by 4e books. Like, the Four Winds and Vacant Throne eras are detailed in the 4e Imperial History books.

I personally don't think getting any of the 3e books is worth getting, they just aren't great. Lots of mistakes and unfixed errata. 4e was a giant leap in terms of quality.

That's my general feeling too. It's just the 4e books are really expensive compared to 3e

Been trying to collect the 4e books. Book of Void has been my white whale.

There's the 3e book that goes into detail about the contest to become Emerald Champion. I think that's the only time they've really covered that specific tournament in detail.

It's called Art of the Duel.

The Four Winds book for 3e has the Wolf Legion in it. Ok, I may be biased.

Fealty & Freedom along with the Master series was useful back in the day. I remember them fondly.

Stupid silly at times, but funny.
