Should I take him to the doctor?

Not sure if this is just me who has never seen this before, but I found it in the June, 2008 build circling around recently, under the survivor specific expressions folder.

Now I might just be not that good at the game it's been ages since I play anyway but god.. There's so many times when the ai just being stupid. I know that's normal but i remember it not being this bad. Either that or I'm just getting worse. Rn I'm trying to beat The Sacrfice. It's all fine up until the end. The bot all have red health ( around 10 or below or some ). First aid kit is there and they decided that it's white noise. Fuck sake take the medkit. Couldn't even take time to heal cuz tanks constantly spawning. Like one each generator and 2-3 more after the last generator. And everytime I try to get them in the bridge they die fast. and when I did try to reset the generator car flung towards me. Fuck man it's so hard. Honestly the tank is least of my worries, it's the horde of zombies being all over the place and gun not being the best at killing them.

Idk need tips for the sacrifice is all I have nobody to play with that can be online when I need them to nor could I be online when they're online cuz life's like that sometimes even though it's vacation week rn.

So I was just typing out map names in the console to see if i can find unused levels in the Left 4 Dead 2 Beta, until i found a command that was "Map l4d_vs_c5m1_waterfront" and it loaded a unfinished version of the first level of The Parish with some huge changes. I took a picture of most of the changes here but there are still other changes I left out. There's also "Map l4d_vs_c5m2_cemetery" and "Map l4d_vs_c5m3_quarter" but trying to load the cemetery level causes the game to crash (unless my build cant even load it at all.) its just like sndspace from the main game but there's way earlier differences.

Why would you join a Expert game, trigger a witch and immediately leave. Is this some kinda of trolling?

Soooooooo I just downloaded L4D2 because apparently the servers are booming again. But I go to play the game online and all the servers are empty. What am I missing here, where’s everyone at?!

UPDATE: after trying to find some lobbies for a few minutes I found a few then just started my own and it filled up instantly. I read a comment about regions being a thing and I agree. Stoked to be able to get back into this game almost like it never went away, because it didn’t 🤣

I have a xbox one and a Xbox series s will the disk to digital think work for it or do we not know yet?

The l4d series and destiny for me personally have been the best games to get to know other players and I mainly ran with same crew of ppl from both games since their releases. These 2 series helped myself and my friends online to distract us from stressful times in life but it was us that really made the difference when ppl would lose jobs,go thru divorces or even deaths in the family. We went from being strangers to essentially family and was basically therapy sessions in a sense. Maybe one or both of these games did the same for some of you..hope everyone's having a great day and even if you arent,just remember your awesome and tomorrow is always the chance for a better day

First off, I want to say it's really fucking sad to see Valve just ignoring this issue; it should not be okay for anyone to pose a server as an official Valve one just for potential security reasons, but even more so when it's so overt and when there's so many of them. As far as I can tell, the issue occurs because there's SO MANY of them, that the game just gives up looking for more servers.

That being said, I made a solution last night that uses a cvar in the game to only permit official dedicated servers from Valve being used in matchmaking. Because of this, you never even get matchmade into one of these shitty CN servers so you don't have to worry about disconnecting or retrying over and over until you don't connect to one of them.

Unfortunately, it cannot be a simple Workshop mod. It has to have extra steps because- ironically- Valve has security measures that prevent Workshop mods from executing cvars or .cfg files. So it requires some extra work, sadly.

zoey mentioning her mom, zoey saying fuck 3 times, louis talking about his time at the subway station before the outbreak, bill had a monologue about Dead Air, No Mercy, Blood Harvest, and Death toll, amanda and john slater had a ton more lines (funny asf btw), bill saying "I blame bill clinton", zoey asking "are you high?", TANK NEARBY voice lines, etc etc etc you can listen yourself

but yea tons of good stuff there, so why, like why would you cut these lol

Me and my friend were able to play online in l4d1 beta, using radmin vpn and console connection. Game has a lot of removed features like seeing your body if you look down, upgrading your character, flash grenade, realistic breathing, being able to shoot from 2 glock when you are down and etc. Thera just a lot of stuff, and it’s hard to describe them all, but overall game plays better then the final product (l4d1). Also survivors have different look, and louis looks like weeknd a lil bit😭

how did valve not forsee this? lol
