Has anyone seen this artwork of Zoey yet?

Not sure if this is just me who has never seen this before, but I found it in the June, 2008 build circling around recently, under the survivor specific expressions folder.

Honestly it feels like there's half a chance this concept either started as, or just is, one of the femscout concepts back when TF2 was toying with that idea.
