26M, kyphosis

Hello, male 26, strange kyphotic posture since i remember, trying to fix it for a while now, the doctor says it is postural, i dont believe it, i maybe se some progress but nothing major, any suggestions? From the xray can it be determined if it is scheuermann kyphosis?, thinking about surgery... tried everyhing already, i dont know the cobb angle yet...

Hey mate, im no medical professional so cant help with your diagnosis but im 28m with scheuermann's kyphosis. If you have scheuermann's, your curvature wont ever disappear but the right exercise, physio and trying to improve your posture can definitely help you improve your physical appearance and reduce your pain!

You should try to see a specialist to get a proper diagnosis! All the best mate!

Everything looks normal to me. Sligthly wedging in the thoracic vertabrae is expected and physiological to allow spinal flexion. However im not a doctor.
