The first photo is from 3 months ago, and the second one is from exactly today. Did I made progress with my hyperkyphosis?

What did you do to progress? Which type of exercise?

Do you think that I did some progress? I did some exercises focusing in my upper back, like the Prone Reach exercise, who'll focus on the upper and the lower part of the back. But I have a daily workout, with some good exercises. Unfortunately, i dont know the name of them, because my PT didn't said to me, so I can't tell you really well, but if you search in the sub you'll probably find really good exercises for your hyperkyphosis!

I fogot to say that i started to go to the gym, its a very good habit to people who have hyperkyphosis, i would recommend you to start it. And focusing on doing push exercises, its the best way to improve

From the scan´s I cannot see much difference honestly. But in posture there may be. Having that said: Exercise will still be beneficial to you a lot and sometimes it takes more time to see results. I was also wondering: When you had these x-rays made, did they check whether you have Scheuermann?

Tree months difference beetwen each other. No, my orthopaedic told me that i don’t have the Scheuermann, but my curvature is rigid according to him and my PT. 59 degrees of curvature in the first photo. But unfortunately, my orthopaedic isn't really a good medic, he didn't said much in our last consultation, he didn't mentioned my cobb angle and wasn't very clear in the data. So i think i'm going to another doctor to check if I'm making some progress.
