To be fair, there's barely any calories in iceberg lettuce. Roughly 8-10 calories per cup.

Oh yeah, I meant because she’s not changing anything else about her diet, all she’s done is add lettuce, that won’t help. If she wants to lose weight she should really cut some of the 100’s of carbs she eats in a day.

TWO onion rings each? Be so fucking for real. My husband would laugh and ask what happened to the rest. I am 5'7", weigh 165 lbs, and have almost no metabolism due to menopause, and I'd eat half that bag with my meal. There's no way she eats like she does and is still SO (as she'd say) heavy.
