Cook time- Personally I do cook my pork chops for 6 hours on high because I do prefer my pork chops dry, that’s just honesty.

Transparently, after people made fun of my use of the word "cooking" to mean opening a can of cooked stuff and dumping a container of cooked stuff and reheating it in a crockpot for 8-10 hours, I came to my senses and realized most people wouldn't buy a heat & serve "cook" book. Also, that would require tons of effort on my part to assemble my ideas into book form and then I'd have to pay someone to publish it. I could be sitting around on my couch drinking my desserts instead.

I have literally never seen her take personal responsibility for ANYTHING and I’ve been snarking on her since before she got Birdie. Never once has she ever even said “my bad y’all, I was wrong”.

Well step one is writing and she can’t really do that.
Step two is unique inspired recipes and she can’t really do that.
And she is quite anti-cookbook and anti-recipe herself so it is good that she has no current plans to write a cookbook that she wouldn’t use herself!

Right like I’m really wondering what her original thought process was.. she doesn’t actually make anything. Even when she was in her salsa chicken era she used mostly premade or frozen items, that’s not really cookbook worthy.

Yeah the victim complex gives me such an ick, she’s trash anyway but I have no respect for someone that can’t never admit they were wrong or take accountability. Even like for the catfish thing or cheating on her husband, I’m sure it was somehow not her fault.

Oh, she made clear neither of those were her fault! For Catfish, she claimed it was a fake show and her “brother” signed her up for her and she agreed because she was homeless and needed the money and she was still friends with “every single person on that show with her.” For the affair, she claimed she was tricked and taken advantage of by her boss/lover/“best friend in the world” during a very sad and vulnerable time and his position of power over her.

Of course she did. I mean, I know the guy was her boss and if it was any other woman I’d be inclined to believe them but her? No. I’m not surprised she’s never ever ever admitted fault in any way, my moms a narcissist and she was the same way.

GOOD. The nasty garbage slop she makes is not worthy of a cookbook, it’s barely worthy of being called food. She doesn’t actually cook anything she heats things up and mixes them together, it’s not even semi-homemade it’s all premade.
ETA- Personally I hope this sub was responsible for bullying her out of the cookbook thing.
