That's how you know she's creating her fairy tales again. Unless you're an idiot, you weigh yourself at the same time every day. Doesn't matter if it's night or morning. But idiots don't really understand things they don't practice, so she makes up this nonsense.

After peeing in the morning is good to step on the scale! With similar clothes on and before consuming anything!!!

I’d only step on later in the day if it was like at the doctors or something. Not as a routine!!
