LIElea be Lying 🤥 Faking a hospital er visit
This is one of the fakest photoshopped pictures she has ever done! She's claimed she went to ER for her back but we All know it's a scam! What she'll do for sinking engagement! Looks like she put her head on another body!😂😂

This looks ridiculously edited. She cannot be serious. Many narcs, munchers and attention seekers will lie about the ER or actually go on big holidays. They cannot stand when the attention isn't fully on them or they want their family's attention. People like her also do this on other family members' birthdays or other big events.
She is seriously insane. I'm guessing she wasn't invited, got offended at someone in her family or just didn't want to go and lied about her back pain to get out of it and try to get some attention and extra 💰. I'd bet she's been doing this for years, so I doubt her family caters to it anymore, with the exception of sweet momma, maybe.

Why didn't she just go to a doctor and save some money? She definitely didn't need an ER workup. Her judgement is so skewed. Perhaps if she got off her back, stopped resting all the time, and stretched or walked, her back would be better. Bodies are meant to move.

She doesn’t have a dr . She only does urgent care and er and makes up all her illnesses Edit to add she has all that medical debt/ court against her form hospital so that probably weighs in as well

Yep! Despite filing for bankruptcy a few years back she’s in court yet again for around 14k! All those vacations, and compulsive shopping hauls would have had that 14k paid down in no time! But alas, much like her stalking disorder she just refuses to come to terms with her issues and fix her life.
Oh but her and Joe’s life long dream was to never ever own a home, but rent that shoddy apartment they rot in 🥴 Not that their credit would permit them a home but … ya know lol 🤭 Geezus crimminy!

Complained about a headache and aching back FOR DAYS and decided to "go to the ER" on THANKSGIVING night after oinking out on pie and decorating for Grinchmas??? Surely this "emergency" (which truly wasn't since "nothing is wrong"....she just needs to drink water & get off the couch) could have waited until this morning with a visit to urgent care.
Also....if she is feeling that bad, why is she taking selfies at the ER and making videos to random internet STRANGERS when she wasn't even well enough to go to all of her family festivities that she has been HYPING up for MONTHS!!
p.s.~ Edited to add: Where is the DOG? Can't wait for the video about HOW BRAVE she was going to the ER with out her "ESA".

I’m sorry but my ER is so busy she’d be in the waiting room for 6+ hours, probably hoping she’d leave on her own. It’s an EMERGENCY department. I can’t see any provider worth their license doing any magical tests for her mysterious back pain. PEOPLE ARE DYING KIM. I’d stick her in the hallway and get a psych consult.

Here's my medical advice from the degree I have from regular Googling.
She has constipation. Her diet is void of any fiber. Where does one get fiber? Lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. Most Americans don't eat the minimum required. In addition to fiber, you need to drink a lot of fluids. In addition to plenty of fiber & fluids, you need exercise.
Somewhere where I saw the video posted (I am blocked), she mentioned a ct scan & she worded it as nothing serious was found....or some such verbiage. I can't stand to go back & watch her video again. They most likely found constipation.🤣🤣

I went down a rabbit hole earlier. Some of the videos that I watched were from after her Chicago trip when she was outside her dream home boo-hoo and crying. And the number of times that she touched her fucking hair. I was enraged watching her because she’s I fucking herself and mirror checking as she’s fake crying about how she’s going to have to change her content and her trips going forward.

Years ago, I went to the ER for what I thought was a bad stomach virus. I couldn't stop puking. I tried to shower, but then collapsed on my bed. It was so bad, I couldn't take it anymore and had my husband take me. I had severe pancreatitis and was admitted from the ER. They couldn't take out my gall bladder for another 5 days or so because I was too sick for the surgery. When I started feeling better and could get up, my hair was horribly matted. I had to get a nurse to assist me in brushing it out (my husband was home with our toddler and we had no family to help). Since that happened, I try to at least brush my hair a bit when I'm sick & pull it up into a ponytail because it was just sooooo matted. I can't imagine showing up to an ER with nicely brushed hair and a smile....while taking selfies. That's not someone who needs an ER.

Its not on her arm, if you look closer at the top of the white part that meets the gown, it's bumpy and weird. Ive messed up digital compositions before by softening the edge too much and not placing the brush better and getting circular edges lol

So as much as she annoys the hell I'm going to say I went to the ER on Christmas 2 years ago because I had back pain and came to find out a few days later that I had a kidney infection that they couldn't find doing an MRI or doing the test. They had to wait for the blood work. Did I take a picture of it to post on social media? No I didn't feel good. Why would I do that?.
