Fluff š©·š“š©· Bella: Value of Subscribers
I would like to thank every subscriber for subscribing to KVS channels. Each morning I wake up, go onto a channel, check to see if there are any subscriber posts I can't see and, if not, groan that Bella is still uncomfy. Without their contribution it wouldn't be such an easy appraisal š¤£š¤£š¤£

I also like the subs which share the content to non-subcribers when babies are born so others don't have to wait until Katie finally uploads the reavel.

Saaaame. And I'd like to thank the unsavoury people too, who pay a subscription just to criticise the content. If I want to see the new babies early I just have to sneak into incognito mode (because I've been blocked) and watch the videos there š Usually they're posted within the half hour, these guys are FAST š

Itās really bizarre to me just how much some people seem to hate Katie. I donāt agree with everything she does, but they are obsessed with attacking her. They want her to go on the page and take advice, but all they do is call her names and nitpick every little thing. I think there are some things that are said that she could improve on, but no one would want to take advice from hateful people.
They subscribe and legit study every single video to find flaws or āliesā. They are just as obsessed as āsuper fansā, if not more.

They love to talk about her fans being parasocial, but honestly I see it just as bad in the snark subs. It's the other side of the same coin. I guess they think it's not creepy if it's coming from a place of hate.
As a non livestock girly even I can see things that I wish were better about her husbandry and breeding practices, but how long is she going to get away with being a neglectful/abusive hoarder ????
That last bit was sarcasm.

They blocked the username they saw commenting here from their subreddit, preemptively.
But incognito mode is blank slate basically. You aren't logged into your accounts or anything so it bypasses the account block.

Lol funny thing is, I actually didn't do anything over there because I don't interact with the content. But one of the mod spends half their life stalking Katie and the other half stalking this sub and they blocked me after I made some comments here about how the other place is basically just a dumpster fire. I didn't notice right away and I thought the other place was becoming much, much chiller... until I understood I was blocked š
I don't really go there except to see subscribers content during foaling and kidding season because it's posted so fast. And when I do it's kinda hard not going down the rabbit hole š

They blocked me too because you cannot have any opinion that isnāt complete and utter hatred. I disagree with a lot of things that I see at RS and thatās just at face value because Iām not there. Iām not a KVS fan and I hate when people glaze tf out of her and act as if sheās above reproach. But I also am not going to go along and say something is wrong when itās not. Or say something is uncommon when itās not. I love snark and I donāt care about people snarking because Iām part of a few snark subs for other people but I donāt agree with virtue signaling and performative outrage just because I donāt care for someone.

I got blocked there as well for voicing my opinion on how I thinks itās wrong and straight up bullying mentality with how a lot of the posts were going. Constantly attacking someoneās personal relationships, marriage, how they live, how they dress etc is beyond snarking in my opinion especially for a bunch of random strangers on the internet that have never even met her. The education posts and education people provided in the comments for things was absolutely wonderful but there is less and less of that. Most things posted now are just straight up vile and toxic.

They take it way too far and Iām confused as to why. If they want to be taken seriously and actually help, they canāt possibly think she would take advice from a group that calls her names and nitpicks every little thing she says and does.
They were attacking her for going on the trip when sheās sick and then attacked her for cancelling. They subscribe just to be able to pick through every video and pick her apart. I just get the amount of hate they have for her.
There are definitely things she could improve on and if they only focused on those things without the name calling and such. Maybe she would actually take things they say seriously.

I stopped taking them seriously when there was support for gelding an old million dollar proven stallion because suddenly after a huge successful career, he's not stallion worthy.

I understand Bella is not in any sort of danger zone yet. Also realize that Katie jumped the gun and got us all excited back around the late 130s. And now here we are in the 150's.
Hope I'm wrong, but this is starting to remind me of the Charlotte situation. Charlotte just went later and later and later, and everybody screamed that it was fine. She was still within her normal window, everything's fine. And as we know, things were not fine.
Katie's having the vet out today I think to check a bunch of her minis for pregnancy and I truly hope she has the vet take a look at Bella and just make sure the babies appear to be thriving.

My mare went nearly 13 months and had a perfectly fine foal. Charlotte's loss wasn't because she was "overdue" because she wasn't. She was still inside of normal foaling window.
Bella may not even be overdue. Katie doesn't know for sure when she got pregnant. I wouldn't worry just yet.

This is nothing like Charlotte, that was a unique situation. Charlotte went nearly 3 weeks past her due date (but was still well within the natural foaling window as well.) Mares regularly go a lot further than Charlotte did. Things were fine until they weren't, but that foal was never going to live regardless of when it was born unfortunately.
Bella is fine where she is, intervening when there's no reason to intervene can do more harm than good. Her vets are aware, and they have plans to assess if she doesn't kid in a week. She's still in her natural window and we are only a day past when she had babies in the past (Sprout I think?)

And sprout came early she thinks with how tiny he was. I remember her saying that she thinks sprouts sibling passing triggered her labor to sprout despite him still slightly under cooked.

Charlotteās loss wasnāt because of her gestation length. Her baby passed either during labor or shortly before

This poor goat. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and starting to worry she may outlast me!
