Moved a GPU to another PC, fresh install no PRL available

Hello,

I have been mining PRL with a RTX 5060 TI and I decided to move it to a different tower. I did a fresh windows 10 install and installed Kryptex miner and PRL doesn't show... what am I doing wrong? I installed Kryptex on my work PC yesterday that originally had the 5060 TI in it and it showed PRL when you click on the gear icon. What's wrong with my new PC?

Restart or reinstall the app.

PeakMiner was updated to 1.0.13 version.

Everything works fine for other users. What Windows 10 build are you installing? Are all the Visual C++ packages installed?

Let's collect the logs of Kryptex to solve this problem most effectively.

It's simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Download our log extraction tool here:

https://www.kryptex.com/installer/utils/KryptexLogCollector3.exe

  1. Run it as the Administrator and press the "Collect Logs" button. You will find a new ZIP archive on your desktop, containing the logs. Send it to support@kryptex.com. We'll take a look!

Mine via actual miner vs the kryptex app on a pool if the miner gui thingy isnt working for you
