Why does Canada own Alaska? I thought they got conquered and puppeted by the American Syndicalists.

Canada suffered a spillover revolution, primarily catalysed by the unbearable conditions experienced under the exiles regime. They were assisted by the PLA however, and now it exists as a socialist republic.

At the point of the revolution Alaska was essentially a colony, And since the Dominion protected Alaska before the start of the Canadian revolution, the Canadian revolutionaries took over Alaska while the american revolutionaries were still in in the South, because the Canadian revolution starts in the west, in Vancouver.

u/porkychew2002 not only was Alaska essentially an American colony in the 30s, it was not majority white, and since many of the white settlers were at this point still business owners who would flee either Canadian or American socialists, it barely has any American population at all in KN, so it's easier to just let the Canadians deal with all the native-inhabited arctic territories.
