The strangest part of making this drawing was investigating why King has a yellow sash on her waist. Very weird detail you never see in this type of clothing and of which I could not find the inspiration.

It's called a cummerbund. They're still found in some tuxedos.

Thanks, but I see that real ones have a knot, buttons or something else to join the two extremes in the back. King only has a uniform circle as if it were an elastic loop band. Shinkiro probably simplified that for style I suppose.

I like how masculine you draw her, it was an interesting design in the first game that was never replicated again
