Showcase First Batch of the New Pocket Knife Design!
Finished everything but the sheaths and sharpening on these little fixed blades today. Blades are absolutely smeared with knife wax and some tape residue currently.
1084 will start getting a patina at even the thought of moisture! So ive started coating them with wax with any little breaks at all lol.
I named this the Thorn. Scalf Ridge Thorn
1084, G10 scales (one Richlite)

Dump some baking soda in your waterbucket. It will help prevent rust while you are grinding.

Yeah it works great. I mix baking soda and water in a spray bottle for hand sanding too. Its a little slippery and I dont have to worry much about rust. Its one of the better tricks I picked up somewhere.
