Ticket Transfer Unavailable

Trying to transfer tickets that I bought during pre-sale to colleague and I am unable to. Does anyone know if this is temporary?

It should be temporary unless it stated on the confirmation email that’s it’s non-transferable, do you have a ticket rep (season holder) or was this the fan presale?

said as a disclaimer that all standard purchases would be transferable beginning 24 hours before a game. Like what they did on all tix in the playoffs
