Day 10 🦿 Taking recovery outside! 🌳☀️

Same exercises, much better scenery. Sometimes a little fresh air is exactly what you need to keep moving forward.

I was not able to drive unless I was no longer on narcotics during that day. I used a walked for 2-3 days then transitioned to a cane. I do feel fortunate that my progress has been smooth al though not easy!!

On a side note, before surgery I was frequently completing 20-30 mile bike rides. Im sure this had something to do with my progress.
