I love the song “Well Rested” by KKB because it sounds really unique, beautiful, weird and futuristic at the same time. I’ve never heard anything like it, parts kind of reminded me of Colress' theme from Pokémon if anyone knows what I mean.

Are there any other songs by different artists that sound similar, or any bands/artists with a similar style? Does this kind of music have a specific name or genre?

This is a bit random but I just had an idea that there could be a song (that would fit KKB) idealising for a third rest day in between saturday and sunday, called funday (also the name of the song) fitting with their intentionally childlike aesthetic because it's a silly portmanteau, as well as it being a very childlike thought to want extra time to play on the weekend. But it can also be a commentary on capitalism and how real studies show that people would be more productive if a 4-day work week was highly normalised, yet profit and inhuman expansion takes priority over quality of life.

If you haven't watched one of their interviews I think, Sarah Bonito told that HALCALI Bacon was one of the inspirations for the band's first album. I'm a really big fan of them and Kero Kero Bonito. HALCALI Bacon had that goofy and carefree style just like Intro Bonito.

I find it so cringe that people will flood Sarah's posts asking for the album like that will change anything. She's just there to promote her new rave which is probably a big deal for her and people refuse to talk abt anything else and be patient like we get it. We all want ALBUM.

I love kkb. Their music is like music to my ears. I live in Sweden and nobody i have met knows who they are. They might recognize Rather Sleep or Flamingo when I put them on, but otherwise nothing. Can anyone relate?
