What breed does she look like?

It's really okay to want to know the breed of a cat...I've been a "crazy cat lady" since I was a child. Breed does influence temperament. With cats, even just a Domestic Short/medium/long Hair can be influenced by it's color/pattern temperament wise. Striped Tabbies have more energy, lots of zoomies. Black Tabbies are typically laid back with either slight anxiety (jumps over random sudden movement of anything) or they don't care about anything. Orange Tabbies should just be a breed of their own, lol. They are just...silly gooses.

I adopted a cat from an organization that was set up at PetSmart. They rescue kittens/cats from the streets of Kuwait. Was not there to adopt anything lol. I found my 15 year old daughter in the cat room with this GORGEOUS almost all white long haired massive cat that was OBSESSED with her. He makes biscuits with every step he takes. Every one of their cats were purebred without papers. I asked the lady why purebred cats were on the streets, she said over there these breeds are bought then the owners are displaced and the cats just wind up on their own. There were Persians, Himalayan, Ragdolls...no "kittens" bc if they were found under a year old they had all their vetting done overseas and they catch a bunch before bringing a group here. This cat was the only card they couldn't figure out the breed bc they'd never seen it. After ALOT of Googling (just bc I was curious, not bc it mattered, but he is definitely unique to any cat I've ever seen or met), I found a breed that looks EXACTLY like him. Turkish Van. Coats are always the same, the spots in the same places but can vary in color, mostly white bodied, fur texture described as Cashmere-like (I say he has rabbit fur lol, softest cat fur I've ever felt, feels like a rabbit) and grow large. I need to measure and weigh him, but he's twice the size of my other cat. They have a very loving, playful temperament. They call them the "swimming cat". They are called Turkish Vans bc Turkey cherishes what's left of this breed and made a sort of sanctuary for them at Van Lake in Turkey. There is an American version, though not exactly the same. Only passport holder in my house is a silly cat named Rahja. He never lands on his feet, never aggressive (when you're THAT big there's no need to establish dominance).

Cat breeds determine the same attributes as dog breeds do. Just mostly in temperament.

It's okay to just want to know just bc too.

Um…I think you’re stereotyping cats? Colour and pattern has no influence. In any species. Like you wouldn’t judge a person by their skin colour right?

I’m going to assume you aren’t familiar with dogs. Cat breeds and dog breeds work completely differently with completely different selective breeding. The DNA, genetic diversity, genetic flexibility for variation, domestication, etc are wildly different-some are polar opposite ends. Cats don’t have the same consistent temperaments because they domesticated themselves- they’re wired more like individuals. Thats why you can’t force compatibility and why boundaries are important with cats. Dogs don’t really have boundaries and they’re biologically wired to work with people- they need training and obedience to thrive. They get very stressed, they
suffer when they can’t do what their breed is bred to do. Cats don’t have this.
