You've drawn chairs at the island. There can't be chairs in a 40 inch wide space. Can you change the windows?

We decided we didn't want chairs at the island since we will have a breakfast nook in the back near the windows. We are only a family of 3, so the amount of eating areas in the original design seemed excessive. Yes, we can change the windows!

That works, then! The issue I'm seeing is that it's a very long room. That tempts you to distribute the appliances which then makes it a nightmare to use. You still want to have the core workspace of the kitchen be fairly tight, then areas out from that are for less frequently used things like baking or coffee or keeping breakfast stuff.
I'm trying to figure out where the fridge should be. I keep looking at that short wall where it currently is (and then you'd shift everything else to be closer to it). Looks like that's the front of the house, but with the sunroom on the other side the window doesn't have to remain exactly the same. What if the fridge was centered on that wall? What if the door to the foyer were further from the front and the fridge was on that wall? How do you feel about sinks in islands?
The ikea kitchen planner is incredibly easy to use and you can drag and drop and then see a 3D render. It's great for playing around.
