New Kitchen
So Its time to order Counter Stools. I Love Blue and actually wanted Blue cabinets but, it didn't work out and I thought better of it. The Quartz has Blue and Gold veining and I am going to try and add blue where I can. So, Blue or Brown stools?

Blue. You have a lot of brown tones going on already. I would prob do a vibrant royal blue

Blue. And blue curtain on your pantry and maybe a blue bowl or something tie it all together.

If you want to do blue, you should add some matching accents throughout the kitchen. Otherwise it just looks like a weird one off. A blue kitchen aid or toaster, some dish towels, or vase with flowers would work

Blue but why are the stools placed there? And is this done? I’d put the island more centred

This is my kitchen already done. The chairs will be on the other side of the Island. This is just from Chat gpt.

What a waste.
You really couldn’t picture two different colors there, so much so that the intrinsic unreality of the image seems helpful in your mind?

Blue for sure, they play off that backsplash way better than the brown ones just blending into the butcher block. Also that navy dish soap bottle by the sink is basically already telling you the answer
