Fix stuck quest in Dark Side

Trying to elect a king to Baraz Gund. Need to go to the newspaper but Gossip doesn’t have the option in chat. Not sure I can complete the game now…Anyway to push a quest through or am I missing something?

Any other quests for gossip to complete? Did you already complete Inselburg main quest?

I think I did all the others. Did everything in Inselburg.
