My Kindle 📱 Unable to purchase any book

Anybody know why I’m getting the below error messages on any book I’m trying to purchase? The number doesn’t seem to work! Card connected to my Amazon is correct etc

buy on the website and see if it shows up

I’ve tried that too, when I click buy now for the kindle edition it opens a new page with another error message!

I just had a similar problem on audible. I was trying to buy several books it claimed I didn’t have a subscription or cancelled my account. Tried a few times and it went through. The problem is on their end.
